These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Anna & Stefan website and to any purchase you make through it. Please read them carefully. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

These terms form the agreement between you and us for the use of our website and the purchase of products. They apply alongside our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Payment Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

We take care to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and details may appear slightly differently depending on your device and screen. Product descriptions, images and sizing information are provided as a guide.

10. Pricing and availability

All prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and availability may change without notice, and we may limit the quantities available for purchase.

11. Errors and inaccuracies

Occasionally there may be errors in pricing, descriptions or availability. If we discover an error affecting your order, we will contact you and give you the option to continue at the correct details or cancel the order. We may correct errors and update information at any time.

12. Placing an order

When you place an order you receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order; a contract is formed only once we accept and process it.

13. Order acceptance and cancellation by us

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where a product is unavailable, where there is an error, where payment cannot be verified, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will arrange a refund to the original payment method.

14. Payment

Payment is taken at the time your order is placed, using the methods described in our Payment Policy. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

15. Shipping and delivery

We deliver within Australia. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped within an estimated 8–12 business days, for a total estimated delivery time of approximately 9–15 business days. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

16. Risk and ownership

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provide. Ownership of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

17. Returns, refunds and cancellations

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy, which also explains cancellations and refunds.

18. Your consumer rights

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or removes those rights. Where you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, that remedy applies in addition to anything stated in these terms.

19. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer promotions or discount codes. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined, have no cash value, apply only while valid, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. Any promotion is subject to these terms and any specific conditions stated with it.

20. Third-party links and tools

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of third parties, and your use of them is at your own risk.

21. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Our website and products are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

22. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse us for reasonable losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.

23. Events beyond our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as supply disruptions, carrier delays, extreme weather, or other force-majeure events. We will take reasonable steps to minimise any impact.

24. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to our website, or cancel an order, where you breach these terms or where we reasonably need to protect our business or other customers. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

25. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to consumer sales into Australia, and consumers benefit from the mandatory protections of the Australian Consumer Law. Where our company's home jurisdiction (the Netherlands) applies to the operation of A.A.Z. Commerce, that is without prejudice to your statutory rights as a consumer. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

26. Changes to these terms and general

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published on our website at the time of your order applies. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it, and we may assign these terms as part of a business transfer. These terms, together with the policies referred to above, form the entire agreement between you and us.
